Driven by a passion for empowering others, Soo has spent over 30 years supporting individuals with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and communication challenges across six continents.
With 25+ years at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders she provided therapy, mentoring, and training for CARD clinicians at all levels while developing programs in the U.S. and ten countries. She started and supported sites around the world.
Soo specializes in evaluating, treating, & coaching verbal and non-speaking individuals in communication challenges, designing tailored solutions that foster independence.
Today, she offers personalized instruction, assessment and coaching to learners, clinicians, and caregivers, empowering these individuals to connect and thrive.

Served as leader at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders for 29 years.
Trained hundreds of therapists, teachers, doctors, teacher, counselors speech therapists, occupational therapists and BCBAs to worked with thousands of individuals with Autism and related disorders from ages 9 months to 40 years of age.
Worked with children in schools and center all over the US, Canada, Italy, England, Scotland, Hong Kong, Middle East, South America, Caribbean, South Africa, Thailand.
Coached thousands of supervisors and behavior technicians over the years and am committed to connection and the best treatment possible to ensure that every child reaches their fullest potential, regardless of their needs.
